The Alice Paul Center for Gender Justice hosts its annual Women’s Equality Day Festival at Paulsdale, the historic childhood home of suffragist Alice Paul in Mount Laurel. This family-friendly afternoon features craft vendors, live music, panel discussions, food trucks, a beer garden, kids’ activities, and a celebration of women’s rights past and present. Free shuttle service runs from the Mount Laurel Community Center. August 26 marks the anniversary of the 19th Amendment’s certification.
