Third Annual Princeton Yoga Fest
Event Details
Princeton Yoga Fest brings together people of all ages and backgrounds for a full day of yoga, community, and fun. The third-annual event features a lineup of classes, wellness vendors, and the return of the Silent Disco Flow — headphones on, mat down, music synced. Presented in partnership with lululemon, Empower Yoga, and Princeton Events Company. Register at the link.
10am-11am: Enjoy FREE community yoga on Hinds Plaza, led by instructors Jen Stewart of Yoga Mechanics, Montclair, and Anne Bambino of Empower Yoga, Ewing. This family-friendly practice will be offered outdoors on Hinds Plaza, located next to the Princeton Public Library.
11am-4pm: Explore our Mindfulness Market, a one-stop shop for vendors working in self-care, beauty, wellness, home decor, and accessories. This market, also to include healthy food and beverages, is free and open to the public to peruse.
3-4pm: Bring the gang for Family Yoga, led by Kitty Helm of Empower Yoga. This gentle, beginner-friendly class is great for all ages and abilities, with inclusion for individuals with special needs and/or physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
4:30-6pm: The grand finale! The festivities conclude with the Silent Flow, led by two lululemon legacy ambassadors – Don Myer, Philadelphia, and Annie Isaacson, Princeton, NJ – alongside Michael Perl of Core Power Yoga & Monarch Yoga, Philadelphia. At the Silent Disco Flow, music transmitted through wireless headphones allows for a unique and personalized experience. Attendees of this class will receive an Everywhere Belt Bag from lululemon, valued at $38, and the first fifty registrants will also receive an Essential Face Oil by Quinta Esencia Wellness, valued at $128 . We’ll end the day with our Closing Meditation, featuring live Ney instrumentals.
All classes are BYOM — bring your own mat or towel.
