Join us and take steps to support mental health awareness, eliminate stigma, and prioritize wellness. All are welcome! We’ll have T-shirts, water stations, coffee, snacks, and an accessible restroom on-site.

Walk Begins: 9:30 a.m.

The route is a half mile, and you can complete as many laps as you like. Registration is free; invite friends and family, and take the opportunity to connect with mental health professionals and Christian Health staff.
