Elizabeth was New Jersey’s first capital city and has one of the most diverse and underrated food scenes in the state, especially for Latin American cuisine. Westfield has a picture-perfect downtown with independent shops and great restaurants that draw people from all over the county. And Summit makes any day trip easy: walkable, good food, reliably great.
