It’s the most rural corner of Jersey with open farmland, back roads, and towns that move at a pace that feels intentional. Salem city is one of the oldest English settlements in America, Pennsville has a beautiful waterfront area, and Pilesgrove is home to Cowtown Rodeo – the oldest weekly rodeo in the US. This is Jersey at its most off the beaten path, and it’s worth the drive.
